FastFlows Pro operates on a strict no-refund policy. All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is processed.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will receive the full month of service as described in your plan
  • No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:
    • Change of mind or no longer needing the service
    • Failure to use the service or understand its features
    • User error or misuse of the service
    • Technical issues or service interruptions
    • Partial usage of the subscription period

2. Service Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will immediately receive access to all features included in your selected plan for the full billing period (monthly or yearly).

What you get with your purchase:

  • Immediate access to all plan features
  • Full month of service (or full year for annual plans)
  • All AI-powered features and tools
  • Unlimited invoice creation within plan limits
  • Email support and customer service
  • Regular updates and improvements

3. Subscription Management

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Important: Canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund. You will continue to have access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period, ensuring you receive the full value of your purchase.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, including:

  • All subscription plans (Free, Starter, Professional, Business)
  • Monthly and yearly billing cycles
  • Any additional services or features
  • Third-party processing fees

4. Billing and Payment

All subscription fees are charged in advance for the billing period. Payment is processed immediately upon subscription activation or renewal.

Billing cycles:

  • Monthly plans: Charged every 30 days
  • Yearly plans: Charged annually with potential savings
  • All charges are final and non-refundable
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to providing excellent customer support and service quality. If you experience any issues with the service, please contact our support team:

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company, we will:

  • Restore service only after successful resolution in our favor

Important: Chargebacks and disputes do not change our no-refund policy. We will provide evidence of service delivery and usage to payment processors.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
